AMENDED: TCX introduces new colours to footwear favourites for 2024

For 2024, TCX has refreshed five of its popular motorcycle boots with brand-new colours including the Climatrek Surround, Infinity 3 Mid, Dartwood WP, Hero 2 WP and Street 3 Air.

Where the performance and safety of riding boots meet the comfort, grip and weather protection of walking boots: TCX introduced the CLIMATREK Surround GORE-TEX® boots in 2022, the perfect hybrid touring boot – and now they’re available in black. They feature built-in CE protection at the shin and malleolus as well as toe and heel reinforcements, an EVA cushioned midsole and Ortholite® footbed for long-term cushioning. Now available in Black/Green are the adventure-style Infinity 3 WP Mid boots. Fully CE-approved, the Infinity 3 WP Mid boots feature a wrap-around heat shield to protect the shin area, paired with a mix of specially engineered materials including suede leather and high-performance synthetic outer. There are reinforcements in the toe, ankle and heel areas for extra strength, plus a Groundtrax® rubber outsole with superior traction. For 2024, the iconic Dartwood WP boots are available in Light Brown. Featuring a T-Dry waterproof membrane and made from a full-grain leather, the Dartwood WP boots offer superior waterproofing for the wettest of days. The clever ZPLATE® shank on the midsole optimises front flexibility and transverse rigidity, plus D3O® inserts on the malleolus area and reinforcements on the toe and heel; the Dartwood WP boots provide CE-approved levels of safety. The CE-approved Hero 2 Waterproof boots are now available in brown. Combining maximum riding and walking comfort with high levels of protection, the boots have reinforcements at the ankle, toe and heel. The upper section is constructed with full-grain leather and a contoured upper collar for comfort while the stitched sole boasts a tread that offers perfect grip on any type of terrain. The T-Dry waterproof membrane keeps riders’ feet dry and putting the boots on an off is a breeze thanks to the laces and a concealed side zipper. There’s also a padded joint, located just above the heel to ensure greater comfort. Priced at £219.99, the Hero Waterproof boots are available in sizes 36-48. Designed for the mildest weather, the Street 3 Air can now be found in a brand-new colourway: Green/Caramel Café. Certified and breathable, the sneaker-style boots feature D3O® inserts on the ankle, toes and heel to guarantee maximum protection. The Ortholite® footbed features long-lasting and highly breathable cushioning. There is a Zplate® insert in moulded polymer, which combines transverse rigidity for maximum safety and longitudinal flexibility allowing the boots to follow the natural movements of the foot and the wear-resistant Groundtrax® sole is characterised by a tessellated tread that guarantees maximum grip. Available in sizes EU38-48 the Street 3 Air has an RRP of £159.99.
